Clara Peterson talks about healthy bones and the female athlete
Clara is presenting a seminar at the Bodywise Conference in Pasadena. Clara, who once suffered from Athletic Energy Deficit (AED) because she didn’t support her body with enough nutrition for her sport energy needs. Clara will talk about the dangers of taking the wrong road in nutritional choices that can lead to low weights, amenorrhea, and poor bone development. Clara will discuss how to make the right nutritional decisions when it comes to sports and life in general and share her personal path as a competitive cross-country and track runner and how she became a five time All-American once she beat AED.
